Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging). Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks and hosiery unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your request that you’d like an exchange and specify the preferred size/color
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping fees apply for exchanged items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective:

- We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label
- You may choose between a replacement (if available) or full refund

International Returns
For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We cannot refund any original customs duties or taxes
