I was worried about the UK sizing and my feet being a little wide, but I ordered the 41 and I normally wear a US size 10 (women’s). They fit perfectly right out of the box. The construction and materials feel solid and I hope they last a while. They keep my feet warm, easy to get on and off, and so far they’re very comfortable. It was more than I’d usually want to spend but I think they’re worth every penny. Also, the ankle isn’t too stiff; I can squat and crouch at work and I haven’t had any limited range of motion with these boots like I have with others.

Love these boots! I bought in the black and brown. They are so comfortable and the shock absorber heel is the most awesome thing ever. Walking in these straight from the box is just a dream. Love the combo of laces and a zipper. Makes it so easy to accommodate different socks. They are definitely waterproof. I cleared snow with these on and my feet stayed dry. My feet did get a little cold but honestly at 3 degrees that’s going to happen. They weren’t freezing by any means. Treat yourself to these. They are worth every penny.

Love the way these look and feel. Great fit. Stylish winter snow boots for the cold Midwest. BUT the trim piece fell off the first time I wore them. Very disappointing. They’re on the way back to Zappos now. So thankful for Zappos return policy.

The sole was too clunky/military looking for me, otherwise the boot was really cute and pretty comfy. I usually wear a 10/10.5/41 and the 11 seemed to fit.

Pros:
Cute, very comfortable, well padded for comfort and warmth. I usually wear a 9 to 9.5 – the 40 fit perfectly.
Con: The zipper sticks some when pulled down to the very bottom, so I am being extra careful with it…hence the 4 stars overall (not 5).

NO ankle support, don’t touch your ankle:. They PUCKER out at the ankle, so ZERO ankle support. This puckering also means heels “might” slip. They are cool looking but
INSOLE NOT REMOVABLE.
Because they PUCKER out at both two zippers, and insole not removable, back they go, EVEN tho Kimi and I love them otherwise. Boohoo darn it! Photos of puckering and my fashion expert attached.

The boots were too large . Too long and too wide in heal even with wide thick socks and orthotics. I could not snug the ankle down into the boot because the zipper caused the boot to fold out. I measure exactly 8.5. 39 should have been the correct size. Otherwise they looked great and they felt fabulous but they were just too big. Darn. I do love this brand, but without half sizes unable to get a good fit.

Super cute boots that fit true to size. One boot hit one toe wrong but that is more to do with my foot than with the boots. I would wear them lots if I had kept them. Great with jeans!!

These are really cute. The fit and size was good and although they felt comfortable on, they were stiff and since they are not real leather uppers they will not break in and become softer or more flexible. I’ll probably return them.

These boots are exactly like the picture and they’re definitely navy blue (it says navy in description but they looked more gray blue in picture to me) They are very comfortable and I sized up a bit so if I wear heavy socks they’re not too tight and they are perfect fit. I usually wear 10 so I got the 10.5/11.

Very comfortable, true to size(I did order up a 1/2 size to allow for heavy socks) and they’re just as cute in person as they are in the picture. Slightly bluer in person. Love them, will definitely order this brand again!

I bought a pair of these & loved them so much that I bought 2 more! I now have black, blue & Bordeaux. My only complaint is some of the color peeled off the toes of all 3 pairs! I contacted customer support for Spring Step to see if they had colored shoe polish to match their colors but they don’t, so I’ll have to order online from a competitor. I use these as my work shoes & they offer great arch support. Love them!

These fit pretty well with thin socks but I still found the width to be a little too tight for my comfort. I have flat feet and can’t fit orthotics, but most times I can get away without them in boots or shoes that have even a little heel. Not so with these. My biggest complaint is that they’re soooo stiff. I felt like I couldn’t bend my ankle, and each time I stepped it hurt the front of my foot/lower leg. I loosened the laces; no better. I wish they had worked cuz Spring Step makes good products, and they were cozy warm and water-resistant, but they had to go back.

Very comfortable and fun boots. I think the styling is fun without being overly decorative. II buy a half size up in boots to allow for heavy socks and found these boots to have a good amount of room – if you’re not inclined to wear thicker socks, I think they run true to size. The side zip opening is adequate to allow you to get in and out easily and the laces are there more for style and to firm up or loosen the fit around the front of your foot. They are treated to be water resistant and there’s a fleece lining, so they will be excellent to wear in cold or snowy weather.

Not only are these boots nice looking, comfortable and functional, they have received so many compliments, from so many different people. I am honestly surprised. I mean, I liked them enough to buy them, and I really like wearing them, but I didn’t expect so many people to comment on them. Really a home-run boot in every aspect. 🙂
